From locally sourced eggs to West Country butter, it is the combination of your ingredients, flavours and design that intertwine to create edible artistry. Over the years, Holly has refined and perfected her ingredients list to ensure the taste of your wedding cake aligns with its aesthetic.

CHOCOLATE DECADENCE
A classic, crowd-pleasing choice, expect a decadently rich chocolate sponge filled with varying layers of luxury Belgium dark chocolate ganache - finessed to perfection.
Layer upon layer of light brown sugar sponge, homemade raspberry jelly, crunchy peanut butter and indulgently smooth white chocolate ganache and Swiss meringue buttercream
PEANUT BUTTER & JELLY
Toasted flake almonds delicately interspersed through a light floral orange blossom flavoured sponge. Finessed with homemade raspberry preserve and expertly drenched with homemade thyme syrup.
ORANGE BLOSSOM & THYME
An autumnal sponge made with handpicked Somerset apples from nearby Glastonbury Tor, boasting subtly spiced caramel sauce and Swiss meringue buttercream.
SPICED CARAMEL & APPLE
An Asian-inspired flavour palette, with delicate matcha sponge featuring layers of toasted coconut, Swiss meringue buttercream and Belgium white chocolate ganache.
MATCHA & COCONUT
Cocoa powder and buttermilk combine to create this flavour-filled colourful classic. Doused with vanilla bean syrup and lashings of luxe white chocolate and Swiss meringue buttercream.
RED VELVET
Chopped walnuts scattered through a coffee-soaked sponge, filled with coffee Swiss meringue and ganache filling. A blanket of punchy homemade espresso syrup adds a finishing touch.
COFFEE & WALNUT
LUXE CHAMPAGNE
A delicate yet luxurious champagne-infused sponge, drenched with homemade champagne syrup and generously layered with sweet strawberry preserve.
A light yet delicious brown sugar sponge layered with lashings of homemade miso caramel sauce. A luxurious choice for those with a sweet tooth.
MISO CARAMEL
A light and fluffy sponge filled with chopped pistachios is complemented with lime Swiss meringue and white chocolate filling, before being soaked with homemade rosewater syrup.
ROSE & PISTACHIO
A timeless and classic vanilla sponge layered with homemade strawberry preserve and finessed with a thick vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream and white chocolate ganache. Bathed with homemade vanilla syrup for sweetness.
SIGNATURE VANILLA
The subtle zest of lemon sponge, elevated with a delicately light and floral homemade elderflower syrup. Homemade blackcurrant preserve and white chocolate and Swiss meringue filling add a layer of sweetness.
LEMON & ELDERFLOWER
A twist on the signature vanilla sponge, courtesy of a scattering of poppy seeds for texture and flavour. Layered with homemade blueberry preserve, Swiss meringue buttercream and delicate ganache filling.
VANILLA & BLUEBERRY
RICH FRUIT CAKE
Featuring a flavourful sponge soaked in Somerset cider brandy, interspersed with dates, sultanas, raisins, cherries and citrus peel and finessed with luxe marzipan.
Homemade chocolate cookies crumbled and scattered throughout a signature sponge, featuring layers of velvet-smooth Swiss meringue buttercream and indulgent dark Belgium chocolate ganache.

We cannot guarantee that our products are free from any ingredients that may affect certain food allergies.
We can do our best minimise the risk where possible, if requested.
We use the following ingredients/allergens in our kitchen regularly:
cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, soya and sulphur dioxide.
Please note, all flavours are available as a gluten free option.
Sponges are filled with a mix of smooth Swiss meringue buttercream and the highest quality Belgium chocolate ganache.
Tiered cakes can be a mixture of flavours.
